Exchange & Refund Policy

At AYYAN HAIR OIL, we are committed to providing premium-quality hair care products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that in some cases a return or exchange may be required. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • You may apply for a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  • Buyer will bear the return courier charges & 4% taxes on Cash on Delivery (according to government regulations) in case he/she wants to return the product and receive a cashback, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item.

  • Exchange requests depend on stock availability at the time of request.

Exchange Policy

  • Items can only be exchanged if they meet the eligibility criteria.

  • Free-of-charge exchange is available only if the delivered product is defective or incorrect.

  • In all other cases:

    • Buyer pays return courier charges.

    • Buyer also pays PKR 199 delivery fee for the replacement shipment.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available only if the product meets the return eligibility criteria.

  • Delivery charges are strictly non-refundable.

  • From the original order amount, a 10% deduction will be applied:

    • 4% COD Tax – mandatory government tax charged on all Cash on Delivery orders.

    • 6% Administrative & Processing Fee – to cover handling and processing costs.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 14 working days after AYYAN HAIR OIL receives and inspects the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

Return & Exchange Procedure

  1. Take clear pictures of the product (and the defect, if applicable).

  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

  3. Call or WhatsApp us at +92-309-7748-475 with your order details and pictures.

  4. Our team will review your request and provide the return address.

  5. Send the parcel back through your local courier service.

  6. Once we receive and inspect the parcel, we will process your exchange or refund within the mentioned timeline.

Disclaimer

  • AYYAN HAIR OIL is made using carefully selected ingredients and herbs for hair care purposes.

  • Results may vary from person to person depending on hair type, scalp condition, and usage consistency.

  • Product color, packaging, or appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturing updates, photography, lighting, or screen settings. Such differences are not considered defects.

  • In such cases, products are eligible only for exchange, not for refund.

  • AYYAN HAIR OIL reserves the right to refuse COD service for customers with repeated delivery refusals or incomplete information.

  • Policies may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
